The engine of your Mercedes-Benz requires the correct grade of oil in order to lubricate and protect the internal components, which can become worn if the oil is low, thin or old. Like the oil, the filter which removes contaminants from your engine, also needs to be replaced on a regular basis to minimise wear and maximise efficiency.
